ANDERSON, Ind. (The Herald Bulletin) - According to a probable cause affidavit from Anderson Police, a woman attempting to make methamphetamine early Friday was forced to throw an exploding bottle out a window. Police then received a call from neighbors that an explosion was heard.

After investigating, police discovered that Lacee G. Christ, 27, had a failed attempt at making methamphetamine and an explosion was the result, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.

Christ was arrested.

Her cousin and his girlfriend told police they bought materials to help make the methamphetamine.

The two were not charged.

The case is still under investigation.
