MADISON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Authorities in Madison County have made additional arrests in a homicide case.
Madison County Sheriff’s Department detectives have taken two more people into custody for the murder of Spencer Allen Smith.
The sheriff’s department found Smith dead in a home in the 6400 block of West County Road 300 South, east of Lapel Tuesday morning. He had been shot multiple times.
Brothers Jonathon Dean Wood, 19, and Joshua Michael Wood, 23, were arrested at their home and taken to the Madison County Detention Center.
Detectives are requesting formal charges of felony murder on the two, according to a release.
