KOKOMO, Ind. (Kokomo Tribune) - A former Kokomo school bus driver who faces charges after she drove a girl’s swim team while intoxicated has a new judge in her case and is moving toward a plea bargain.
Theresa Mast, 57, faces two misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, 24-Hour News 8's news partner The Kokomo Tribune reports.
Police say she was drunk and medicated when she drove a girl’s swim team in Dec. 2011.
Mast is expected to plead guilty Jan. 18 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
She could face up to three years in prison.
