HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - A grand jury indicted Huntington County Commissioner Tom Wall on Friday on seven class B misdemeanor charges of battery against two women.
The grand jury had been hearing testimonies for two days and began deliberation on Friday. Police say several women made allegations that the Commissioner had touched them inappropriately several times.
After the allegations were made, Huntington County Officials contacted the Indiana State Police to investigate.
Our sister station WANE spoke to D.J. Sigler, the Whitley County Deputy Prosecutor, on Friday afternoon. Sigler said Wall is expected to turn himself in once the charges have been filed.
