LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) - Police arrested a man on Tuesday while he was in the process of making meth. A warrant for Jeremy Foncannon's arrest had been issued after he had failed to appear at a court date for a previous methamphetamine charge in Hendricks County.
The arrest occurred in a garage at the 1800 block of Poplarwood Drive in Lebanon.
Foncannon was arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class A Felony, and possession of drug precursors, a Class C Felony, both within 1000 feet of a family housing complex.
