Cops: Man fondled self in front of girl

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) - Carmel Police are looking for a man who fondled himself in front of a 12-year-old girl.

According to police, the incident occurred on Wednesday at about 3:30 p.m., but police weren’t notified until 8:30 p.m. when they were called out to Hazelwood Court.

The victim told police her school bus dropped her off at her bus stop and she was walking home when a white pickup truck pulled up next to her and the driver honked the horn.

When she looked towards the truck she noticed the driver fondling himself. She quickly turned and ran away.

The victim described the suspect as a white man, but was unable to give an approximate age. She said the truck was a white work truck with an open bed area and a ladder rack containing a green ladder. She also stated that there was green writing on one side of the truck. However, she wasn’t able to describe the make, model or plate number.
