TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - A man in Tippecanoe County has been arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.
The Indiana State Police Criminal Investigations Division says that Stuart Dale Spikes, 26, is required, as a sex offender, to notify the sex offender registry if any changes in address are made, according to a release.
Spikes did not live in the residence he was registered to be living in from March 2012 to January 2013.
He was taken to the Tippecanoe County Jail.
