Damion Culpepper sentenced

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Damion Culpepper was sentenced to 40 years in prison today for the murder of Nicholas Toliver.

Culpepper is one of four suspects in the September 2010 shooting of Toliver. He was found shot in a front yard in the 600 block of Birch Avenue.

Culpepper previously entered a guilty plea for conspiracy to commit robbery.

He was sentenced Monday to 40 years in prison, 10 years suspended, and two years of probation.
