Dr. Rasaki to spend 4 months in prison

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A doctor accused of inappropriately touching patients will spend four months in prison after being found guilty on two charges against him.
Dr. Segun Rasaki was sentenced on Monday. In September, a judge found him g uilty of sexual battery and battery .
Rasaki was sentenced to four months in prison, a little more than eight months on home detention and six months on probation.
The state Medical Licensing Board revoked Rasaki's medical license in September. He was arrested in March and denied the allegations.
