INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A former City-Council councillor has pleaded guilty to drunken driving.
Ron Franklin entered the plea and was sentenced on Thursday. He was sentenced to time already served. His license was suspended for 90 days. He also must continue treatment and complete 16 hours of community service. He’ll be on probation for 363 days.
Franklin was arrested in May for driving under the influence in Lawrence.
