UNION COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - The former Union County Emergency Management Agency director was arrested Thursday.
Dustin Glisson, 29, of Liberty, was arrested on a warrant for theft, a Class C felony, and Official Misconduct, a Class D felony, an Indiana State Police release said.
An investigation began in November into allegations that Glisson misused government property and sold it for personal gain.
Glisson resigned as EMA director in November at the start of the investigation.
