MUNCIE, Ind. (WISH) - A plea hearing has been scheduled for Delaware County Commissioner’s son.
Jordan Donati and lawyers have reached a plea agreement and will meet at 11 a.m. April 12 in Delaware Circuit Court 2 for a plea hearing. A special judge in Randolph County will preside over the hearing.
Donati of Muncie is accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage girl. Authorities allege his relationship with a Noblesville girl began in 2009, when she was 13 and he was 18.
