INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An Indianapolis man was arrested on homicide charges as he left his court appearance on another unrelated criminal charge.
Officers from the Violent Crimes Unit picked up 23-year-old Lamar Wooden on Tuesday and are charging him with murder in connection with the shooting death of 34-year-old Mychael Marshall on Nov. 29.
Detectives questioned Wooden and then took him to the Arrestee Processing Center.
Authorities believe robbery was the motive for the shooting.
Wooden was being held Tuesday in the Marion County Jail without bond.
