IMPD: Colts fans find man exposing self

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Colts fans leaving Thursday night’s game told police they came upon a man fondling himself outside the stadium, according to a police report.
Two women said they saw 48-year-old Jeffrey Lentz crouched behind a bus belonging to a local school. They said Lentz was fondling himself and admitted as much when they asked what he was doing, the report said.
The incident happened around midnight near West Merrill and South West streets.
Witnesses told the police after confronting the man, he ran away yelling, “I am a streaker.”
Lentz insisted to police that he was only urinating, according to the police report. He said to tell the witnesses he was sorry, and then officers found a crack pipe in one of his pockets.
The man was arrested on preliminary charges of public indecency and possession of paraphernalia.
