Indy man accused in child molestation

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An Indianapolis man has been charged with several counts of child molesting after police said he confessed to inappropriate contact with his girlfriend’s young sister.
According to police reports, Derick Webster, 22, confessed after he was arrested Tuesday. The arrest was prompted by a report from the alleged victim, now 15, who said the molesting had been taking place for several years.
Webster was preliminarily charged with three counts of child molesting and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor. He was being held Wednesday in Marion County Jail on $20,000.
