Judge refuses to lower bond for alleged expo shooter

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A Marion County judge refused to set a lower bond amount for accused downtown shooter Shamus Patton.

Patton’s bond remains set at $250,000.

Our crews at the courthouse report some of Patton’s family members got into a scuffle with members of the media prior to the hearing.

We will update this story with more information and video of the scuffle as soon as it becomes available.
