KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) - Officers with the Kokomo Police Department conducted a traffic stop after 2 p.m. Sunday and made an arrest of a man wanted on a bench warrant for dealing in cocaine.
Officers located Emmanuel Arrington, 32, of Chicago, inside of his car in the area of Dixon and Greentree.
Arrington was wanted on a bench warrant out of Cass County for dealing in cocaine.
He was arrested and taken to the Howard County Criminal Justice Center.
The case remains under investigation.
