KOKOMO, Ind. (Kokomo Tribune) - Publicity of an arrest tied to a scary school bus ride has led the accused bus driver to ask a judge to move her case out of Kokomo, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner, the Kokomo Tribune , reports.
Bus driver Theresa Mast, 56, was arrested in December after police said she drove a bus full of swim team members while drunk and medicated.
Mast has requested her case be moved to another county and that a special prosecutor be appointed. She faces a felony charge of operating while intoxicated, endangering a minor.
