Man, 20, accused of sex with girl, 12

ALEXANDRIA, Ind. (The Herald Bulletin) - An Alexandria man is facing felony child molesting and child solicitation charges after being accused of having sex with a 12-year-old he met on Facebook, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner, The Herald Bulletin , reports.
William McPhearson, 20, reportedly met the girl on Facebook and the two later met in person at a grocery store. She was 12 years old and told police she and McPhearson were aware of each other’s ages.
Officers found explicit text messages and photos on the girl’s phone sent from McPhearson’s phone.
It isn’t the first time McPhearson has been arrested. He pleaded guilty last year in a domestic battery case.
