INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An Indianapolis man is charged with forcing his former girlfriend to have sex with three young boys.
Police said one of the boys was the girlfriend's 10-year-old son.
Mark McCoy, 41, faces 28 charges, including multiple counts of child molesting, child solicitation, criminal confinement and intimidation.
An eight-page probable cause affadivit outlines a disturbing story that dates back to January 2011.
According to the court document, a 10-year-old boy told police McCoy forced him to "participate in sexual acts with his mother."
Police interviewed the boy Feb. 12 at the Child Advocacy Center on North Keystone Avenue. During the interview, the boy told officers McCoy forced him to watch a pornographic movie, then, as McCoy was holding down his mother, McCoy made him put his private parts in his mothers face.
The boy told police his mother was crying. She was trying to escape and trying to get McCoy off of her.
The boy said two other boys, one 9 the other 10 at the time, were also in the bedroom.
When police interviewed the woman, she said the two boys were trying to get in between her legs while McCoy stood and watched.
The woman's son said McCoy forced all three to put their private parts in his mother’s face. He told investigators he didn't want to take part, but McCoy had a gun on the dresser and later threatened he would shoot the boy if he told anybody.
Neither he nor his mother ever went to police. Police came to them after officers in Daviess County began investigating McCoy for possession of child pornography.
That investigation led detectives to Indianapolis, to the ex-girlfriend, her 10-year-old son and the two other young boys.
Police said this is still an open case so they cannot make any comments at this time.
McCoy was being held Wednesday at the Marion County Jail on $50,000 bond.
