Man accused of voluntary manslaughter found not guilty

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Herbert Barber, who was accused of voluntary manslaughter stemming from a September shooting was found not guilty during a trial that ended Wednesday.

The trial was in Marion County Criminal Court 4.

Indianapolis Metropolitan police arrested Barber on Sept. 24, as the key suspect in a Sept. 23 fatal shooting of 50-year-old Joseph Bajt.
