Man arrested for fatal shooting of teen

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has made an arrest in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Mitchell Lane.
Officials arrested 31-year-old Michael Copeland for murder and carrying a handgun without a license. According to a release from IMPD, Copeland turned himself in with his attorney Tuesday afternoon.
Lane was found dead in the 3800 block of North Eastern Avenue on Feb. 7.
