SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTHI) - A Sullivan Indiana man sentenced to jail time for growing marijuana in his children’s bedroom.
Police arrested James Buchanan yesterday on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both of these charges are Class A misdemeanors.
Buchanan was growing the plants in the closet of his children’s bedroom.
Buchanan was in court Thursday afternoon and was sentenced to six days in jail.
