BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) - Sixteen felony charges have been filed against a man police say injured two Monroe County sheriff’s deputies and one Bloomington Police officer .
Cody Waldrip made a court appearance on Thursday, where his bond was set at $250,000.
He was charged with:
Waldrip’s charges stem from an incident on Jan. 17 . A deputy was serving a protective order and said Waldrip refused to comply and beat the deputy. When backup arrived, police said Waldrip fled. After officers could up with him, a struggled ensued.
