ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - An Anderson man with a record of sex offenses is now facing 25 charges of child exploitation, 24-Hour News 8 news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.
Daniel E. Ward, 47, was arrested Friday after an investigation in December 2011, the newspaper reported. He was in court for an initial hearing Monday on the 25 charges of child exploitation and one charge of possession of child pornography.
Bond was set at $50,000.
Ward was already on probation for failure to pay child support, the newspaper reported. He also has previous convictions for possession of child pornography and aggravated sexual battery in Tennessee.
