INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An Indianapolis man accused of a March homicide was found not guilty Tuesday.

Christian Austin was released from custody after the not guilty verdict. A jury trial began in Marion County Criminal Court 3 on Monday and ended Tuesday.

Austin was arrested and charged with one count of murder on March 25 after 24-year-old Warren Dickerson of Indianapolis was killed in a March 24 shooting in the 3200 block of Schofield Avenue.

Detectives believed an argument may have sparked the shooting.
