INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A man who pleaded guilty to murder in the fatal shooting of an Indianapolis man in 2010 has been sentenced to 65 years in prison.

Aaron Smith was one of four people arrested after Nicholas Toliver, 48, was found dead in a front yard in the 600 block of Birch Avenue in September 2010.

According to court officials, Smith pleaded guilty Friday to murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. He was sentenced to 65 years in prison on the murder charge, and 20 years on the conspiracy charge, with the sentences to run at the same time.

All of the others arrested have also had their day in court.

Damion Culpepper recently pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery. His sentencing is set for Aug. 7.

Tiffney Johnson pleaded guilty to murder and robbery charges last year.

Jamonte Walker was found not guilty in a trial.
