INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A man faces 90 years in prison for a fatal stabbing last year near an Indianapolis gas station.

Michael Watson was arrested after officers found Willie McDowell, 35, with stab wounds at the Marathon gas station at 2964 S. Keystone Ave. on June 3. McDowell later died at an area hospital. Watson was sought by police as a suspect and turned himself in to police on June 6. He was then charged with murder.

Watson was sentenced Wednesday to 60 years, and the judge added an additional 30 years as a habitual offender enhancement.
