SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) - Police are looking for a vehicle after they said a man was shot dead in a Speedway gas station while still inside a vehicle.
Officers said 30-year-old Tommy Thompson was in the passenger seat of a pickup truck when the truck pulled into the gas station at 10th Street and Lynhurst Drive early Friday morning. Someone on foot fired into the truck, killing Thompson.
The suspect might be in a large, older model Oldsmobile 88. Police said the suspect may have left the gas station east on 10th Street.
