BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) - A 25-year-old Cloverdale man was shot and killed in Bloomington Saturday night.

Bloomington Police responded to the report of a robbery and a shot fired on the 2000 block of East Dekist at 11:48 p.m.

When officers arrived to the scene they found Joshua Huber, 25, with a gunshot wound. He was taken to IU Health Bloomington Hospital where he died.

Occupants of the home say that five men entered the home and demanded drugs and money. A fight broke out and a shot was fired, hitting Huber.

Police say the assailants are described as black men, with bandannas over their faces, wearing hooded clothing with the hoods pulled up.

Bloomington Police detectives believe that this was not a random act.

The incident is under investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Bloomington Police Department at 812-339-4477.
