Memorial takes shape for slain boy

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Stuffed animals created a makeshift memorial Tuesday, remembering the 13-year-old boy shot to death on the east side of Indianapolis.

Jarrell Tucker was shot in the head and later died at the hospital. The shooting happened in the 100 block of North Denny Street Sunday night .

Police are looking for 56-year-old Glenn Beard , a suspect in the shooting.

Jarrell’s mother plans to speak at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Watch 24-Hour News 8 at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on WISH-TV to hear what she has to say.
