Police: Mom choked her 1-year-old baby

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A 20-year-old mother was arrested for choking her 1-year-old baby, according to a police report from IMPD.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of child abuse at St. Vincent Hospital on Sept. 30.
Police questioned the mother, Dashana Oldham, after she was seen beating her son on multiple occasions at the hospital.
Police arrested Oldham for neglect and battery.
