Mom found guilty of child neglect

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A 20-year-old mother accused of leaving her toddler and infant home alone was found guilty Friday.
A jury found Clarissa Brewer guilty on two counts of child neglect. Brewer will be sentenced in court on November 7.
Police found Brewer's two children home alone in April after a resident heard a baby crying inside their apartment. Police also arrested the children's father Bruce Daniel Jr.
