INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police are investigating the murder of 25-year-old Michael Baker. According to detectives, Baker was shot just before 8 p.m. Tuesday on the 1800 block of Edinburge Square.
"It's the continued story of gun violence. Another person killed," said Rev. Charles Harrison with the Ten Point Coalition. "It's the problem we are dealing with in the city."
Three other people were shot during the disturbance. Crews rushed the surviving victims to a local hospital. In the latest update, two of the victims were listed in stable condition.
Members of the Ten Point Coalition call the neighborhood where the shooting happened a quiet area.
Investigators did release a vague description of the two suspects.
Witnesses tell police the possible gunmen were traveling in a dark colored vehicle, however officers did not release a make, model, or year. Little is known about the two suspects.
The surviving victims are listed in stable condition. A possible motive has not been released by officers.
