One dies in northwest side shooting

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One person has died after being shot in an apartment complex on the city’s northwest side Tuesday evening.
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. at Creekside Square Apartments, in the 5700 block of Fraser Court.
Police say when they responded to the scene, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The man was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in serious condition. He later died in the hospital.
The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Tyrus D. Harris.
The investigation is on-going. Anyone with information is asked to call 317-262-TIPS (8477).
