BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) - The Indiana Parole Board has revoked the parole of a Bloomington man released from prison last year after serving 25 years for killing and dismembering a woman.

The board revoked 57-year-old Robert Evan Lee's parole Tuesday, sending him back to prison until October 2029 to finish out the remainder of his sentence.

Lee was released from prison in September after serving 25 years of his 60-year term in the 1985 killing and dismemberment of 31-year-old Ellen Marks of Bloomington.

He was arrested in November for violating his parole by trying to get into a car with a woman in South Bend. Lee said Tuesday he was just trying to help the woman, who was lost.

But parole board Vice Chairman Randall Gentry said Lee could easily have committed another crime.
