INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A 20-year-old woman was shot and killed on the city's northwest side Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 3300 block of Devereaux Drive shortly before 4 p.m. to the report of a person shot.
When officers arrived they found the woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Dymun Johnson.
Shortly after, 20-year-old suspect Jordan Dugar-Loy returned to the residence and was arrested. He has been preliminarily charged with murder.
Detectives say Johnson and Dugar-Loy were in a relationship and the incident is domestic in nature, according to a release.
