OSCEOLA, Ind. (WISH) - Indiana State Excise Police officers arrested 13 people at an underage drinking party early Sunday morning in Osceola.

Officers arrested 13 people on 21 charges at an Oseceola residence on the 10,000 block of Douglas Road.

When police arrived they found 80 people inside consuming alcohol, including two 17-year-old girls. They tested a .024 percent and .04 percent blood alcohol content, were cited, and released to their parents.

Eight minors between the ages of 18 – 20 years old were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor. Five of those minors were also preliminarily charged with visiting a common nuisance, a Class A misdemeanor.

Three adults were also arrested at the home. Steven Flaim, 49, Triston Gil, 21, and William Hughes, 23, were arrested and preliminarily charged with maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor, for hosting the party and providing the alcohol, police say.
