ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - Anderson police arrested a man early Thursday morning, after he led one officer on a high speed chase and foot chase.
Jomokali Bailey, 37, of Anderson, was arrested for resisting law enforcement, fleeing, Class D felony, and operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor.
According to an Indiana State Police release, at 3:30 a.m. Thursday, an officer attempted to pull over a man in a pickup truck on Central Avenue in Anderson for not wearing his seatbelt. When the trooper activated his lights, the truck took off, went through an alley and continued for four to five blocks. The vehicle went through a McDonald’s parking lot and fled on foot. He was caught a short time later, the release said,
