Police charge 2nd person in Marion shooting

MARION, Ind. (WISH) - Police have charged a second person for the fatal shooting in Marion that occurred on November 1.
Police arrested 27-year-old Cletus Luster for the shooting that occurred in the 3000 block of Nebraska and Gallatin Streets. Luster has also been identified as the second victim in the incident.
Luster is charged with possession of a firearm and violation of probation.
Yesterday, police announced that 27-year-old Maurice Amos Junior is also a suspect in this case.
