Police chase ends in crash on I-465

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - All lanes are open on I-465 in the southbound lanes. INDOT had closed 3 lanes of southbound I-465 near West 71st for clean up for about two hours Tuesday.
This comes after a driver refused to pull over for police near 86th Street and Harcourt. A chase ensued and came to a stop ten miles later on I-465 and 71st in a crash.
Several cars were damaged in the collision.
Police were on the scene for hours. Those hurt in the crash were rushed away in an ambulance. No word yet on their conditions.
Police arrested the driver and passenger involved in the chase. A third person was also arrested for trying to get inside one of the damaged vehicles.
Police have not yet released the names of people who were arrested
