LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) - After Lafayette officers were called to a campground to investigate a suspicious vehicle, they uncovered heroin and arrested two men.
Lafayette Police were called to the AOK campground located at 225 East 200 South in Lafayette Thursday evening to the report of a suspicious vehicle.
With assistance of a K9 unit, officers located 18 grams of heroin and a syringe inside of the vehicle.
The occupants of the car were identified as Troy L. Cudworth and Stuart W. Bookwalter.
Both were arrested and preliminarily charged with possession of heroin and a syringe. Bookwalter faces an additional preliminary charge of dealing heroin.
