NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - Police officers from the Noblesville Police Department were called to investigate a reported case of possession of child pornography Tuesday.
Investigators were granted a search warrant for an address in the 400 block of South 14th Street on Wednesday.
The accused was located at the residence and was later transported to the Noblesville Police Department.
Samuel David Barnette, 41, of Noblesville, was arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
He was booked on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and 10 counts of disseminating child pornography, both Class C felonies.
