Police: Man photographed naked teen

GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) - Greenwood resident, Alan Fork, has been arrested on counts of Child Exploitation, Voyeurism and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Greenwood police say this investigation started on June 23,  when officers were contacted by the mother of the 16 year old female victim.

The mother stated that her daughter has been doing some modeling for a photographer named Alan “Miles” Fork.

Fork ran a company called Indy Premier Models and had a studio in Indianapolis before moving it to his apartment in Greenwood.

Fork had contacted the victim and said that there was an agency in Chicago that was interested in her photos.

Fork then arranged to pick the victim up on June 22, and take her back to his apartment studio to do a photo shoot involving lingerie and swim suits for the company out of Chicago.

At Forks apartment studio the 16 year old victim stated she got nervous about the photographs.

She told officers that Fork then gave her some vodka and the drug Adderall to calm her down.

The victim stated that the drugs and alcohol made her dizzy so she had to sit down.

The victim then blacked out and when she woke up, Fork was on top of her having sexual intercourse with her.

After having sexual intercourse with the victim, Fork allowed her to dress and then drove her home.

The following day on June 23 the victim became ill and collapsed at home.

She was taken to the hospital and while she was there, she told her mother what had happened the previous evening.

During the course of this investigation Greenwood Police Detectives were able to secure a search warrant for the suspect’s apartment.

Officers seized electronic media and computer hard drives which were taken for forensic analysis.

Detectives located digital video which depicted Fork engaging in sexual intercourse with the 16 year old victim on two separate occasions.

Additionally two digital images were recovered which showed the victim posing in lingerie which exposed her genitals to view.

Fork was taken into custody at his mother’s residence in Greenwood without incident.

He is currently held in the Johnson County Jail on $100,000 bond.
