Police name man shot, killed on NE side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police have identified a man shot and killed Tuesday night on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
Brian Jefferson, 46, was found shot in the chest in the front yard of a home in the 3400 block of North Chester Avenue.
Jefferson was taken to Wishard Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
