Police name man shot, killed on NE side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police have identified a man shot and killed Wednesday night on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
Tarence Terrell Swinton, 19, was shot in the 800 block of North Keystone Avenue around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday , officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said.
The shooting is still under investigation. Police urge anyone with information to call IMPD at 317-327-3475 or to provide anonymous information call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
