HENRY COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Three people were found dead in Henry County early Tuesday morning in an apparent murder-suicide.
Investigators with the Henry County Major Crimes Team were called out to the home shortly after 1:30 Tuesday morning.
They responded to a 911 call involving an unknown disturbance.
On scene, investigators found a man dead in a white van parked near the intersection of County roads 850 North and 300 West. The man was 39-year-old Johnny Webb, of Middleton — Ruth Webb's ex-husband.
Police believe Johnny Webb shot and killed Ruth Webb and Robert Morrow before leaving and killing himself.
Neighbor Laura Jarvis says she didn’t hear any type of disturbance or gunfire over night.
"When I woke up I looked out the window and I just seen the yellow stripes around the house.
I didn't know what was going on or anything. I just seen the cops and newscast out there. That's all I seen” said Jarvis.
The Henry County Prosecutor says Johnny and Ruth Webb were officially divorced in April. However, he was not aware of any court records that show Ruth Webb was concerned about her safety.
The double murder and suicide remain under investigation.
