FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) - Three people were arrested on burglary and theft charges after a resident tipped off police to the burglary of Irving Materials Inc. in Fishers, police officials said Thursday.
The incident happened Tuesday night. Police said a resident called police around 10:30 p.m. after hearing a loud noise near the building.
Officers went to the business and discovered a vehicle leaving the area. An officer pulled over the car as investigators discovered wiring and electrical equipment taken from IMI. Three suspects in the vehicle were interviewed and subsequently arrested.
Justin Mullins, Gary Fairchild and Jennifer Macy all face preliminary charges of burglary and theft. They were taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
