LAWRENCE, Ind. (WISH) - A woman attending church in Lawrence on Sunday left the service to find her car vandalized, according to a Lawrence Police Department report.

The incident happened at a church in the 10700 block of East 56th Street. Churchgoers said a suspicious person had entered the church requesting financial assistance.

The person left and the woman found a car window broken out after church service. Her car was parked in the church parking lot. The only items missing were a black purse with legal papers in it. The documents had sensitive personal information.
