GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) - Sentencing is rescheduled for June 23 for the Johnson County man accused of attempting to spreading HIV by not telling partners he had the disease .
Tony Perkins will be sentenced for three of 18 cases prosecutors have filed against him.
Greenwood police say at one point they had 24 cases in which Perkins did not tell his partners he has the AIDS virus.
At a court appearance in March, Perkins told 24-Hour News 8 he didn't tell the women about his status because he wanted to have a relationship .
